Product Description
This gene encodes an extracellular matrix protein, which belongs to the fibulin family. This protein binds various extracellular ligands and calcium. It may play a role during organ development, in particular, during the differentiation of heart, skeletal and neuronal structures. Validation Images
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H661 xenograft, using Fibulin 2(GRP489) antibody at 1:500 dilution.
Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Fibulin 2 antibody (GRP489) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
