After incubation, anti-GnRHa antibody bound to the coated GnRHa is detected with HRP-labelled secondary antibodies and color development achieved by addition of TMB reagent. Background: Gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) is considered to stimulate LH secretion from the pituitary. This antibody is raised against an GnRH analog (GnRHa). Reconstitution: For reconstitution add 20 µl of sterile water. |
