Application Notes	Additional Information: This antibody reacts with the heavy chains on rat IgG and with the light chains on all rat immunoglobulins based on immunoelectrophoresis.Minimum cross-reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin rat serum proteins and human,rabbit, IgG/serum based on immunoelectrophoresis.Antibody is supplied in 10 mM sodium phosphate, 150 mM sodium chloride, pH 7 and 0.05 % (w/v) sodium azide as preservative. Background: Chicken anti-rat IgG (H&L), affinity purified, is an unconjugated secondary antibody which binds to rat IgGs in immunological assays.
